We are looking for motivated Sales Representatives to help homeowners maximize their property's potential. As part of our team, you won't just be selling a product; you'll be offering a solution for families needing extra space or rental income.
- Powerful Financing Options: You can offer clients up to $135k in-house financing, programs with Zero Down for qualified buyers, and even 90% financing with no credit check.
- Turnkey Solutions: We handle everything from the initial draft and permitting to the final Certificate of Occupancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mission-Driven: Be part of a movement that supports affordable housing and eco-conscious building materials
- Consult with homeowners to understand their needs (elderly care, rental income, family expansion).
- Guide clients through our "Build Ready" options and interior packages.
- Explain our flexible financing packages to help customers maneuver through funding difficulties.
- Manage the relationship from the initial consultation to the start of the building process.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Sales experience (Real Estate or Construction industry experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.
- Self-starters who are ready to close deals.
